For almost 30 years it has been our privilege to cater the needs of our Santa Monica neighbors and visitors! And now, due to the unprecedented consequences of COVID-19, our steadfast commitment to their well-being is more crucial than ever! So, to protect the health and safety of our guests, employees, and community, we have implemented the following measures in accordance with COVID-19 protocol:

  • Anyone recently exposed to someone with COVID-19 or experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, is asked to not enter the hotel
  • Hotel strongly recommends wearing masks indoors
  • Hotel guests and staff are required to practice physical distancing in all common areas
  • Cleaning products used throughout hotel, including guestrooms, now include disinfectants
  • Public spaces and other "high-touch" areas are cleaned every hour or more frequently if needed
  • Amenities have been removed from guestrooms but are available upon request
  • Areas in front of Front Desk are marked for social distancing
  • Hand sanitizer is available at Front Desk
  • Plexiglass partitions at Front Desk provide barriers between guests and agents
  • Room keys dropped in box at Front Desk are sanitized before next use
  • Fitness center is now open for limited hours by appointment only; appointments can be scheduled at the Front Desk
